Grapefruit Diet Plan and Menu

This grapefruit diet plan and menu should be followed for 12 days and you should lose around 10 lbs. During the 12 days you follow this grapefruit diet plan you should try to drink a lot of water (around 8 glasses per day). If it’s not stated exactly how much you should eat, then you should eat until you are full. Don’t add or reduce the amount of grapefruit with the meals. The grapefruit will act as a catalyst and start the fat burning process.

This is just a sample menu and can be changed as long as you stick to the grapefruit diet rules.

Breakfast:
For breakfast you should eat half a grapefruit and drink one cup of plain coffee or tea.
Eat 2 eggs that can be prepared anyway you like and 2 slices of bacon.

Lunch:
You start as usual with half a grapefruit. Then you should eat any amount of chicken, fish or lean beef. Make sure to add salad when you eat the meat. Drink one cup coffee or tea.

Dinner:

Before you head to bed you should have a glass of skimmed milk or tomato juice.

If you follow this grapefruit diet plan for 12 days you should notice a healthy weight loss. After the 12 days your body need to rest at least 2 days if you want to start the diet again.
